What We Do
"May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
This verse supports the concept that human beings are triune beings (three-part beings), the typical interpretation:
Body
Physical Vessel
Soul
Mind, Will, Emotions
Spirit
God's breath in us and a connection to God.
As we are created with a body, soul and a spirit, our approach to healing is an integrated approach. We minister through an integrated approach that addresses physical healing of the body, inner healing of the soul, and healing of the human spirit.
We do spiritual mapping to identify root causes and spiritual open doors, seeking to set the captives free from oppression, bondages, and strongholds. Our ministry focuses on prayer for healing and ministering inner restoration.
Our aim is to bring freedom through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit to those suffering from spiritual oppression or carrying deep emotional burdens, guiding them toward true freedom and peace in Jesus Christ.
The steps we follow with love and respect:
- Listen to the needs of the person and their situation
- Spiritual mapping to indentify root causes
- Prayer Ministry focused on healing and deliverance
- Teaching and and equipping
Inner Healing
Inner healing focuses on a person’s inner world and addresses emotional and spiritual healing from past wounds, especially those connected to trauma, sin, grief, rejection, or painful memories. It aims at allowing Jesus Christ to bring healing to emotional wounds, unhealthy beliefs, spiritual burdens affecting a person's thoughts, feelings, and relationships. It aims at healing the heart, not just forgiveness of sin but restoration of broken places within a person.
Inner healing is based on the belief that God cares about emotional and mental wounds, not just spiritual salvation. Past hurts can influence present behaviour, fears, and identity. Jesus can bring healing to memories, trauma, and broken relationships.
Forgiveness is considered a key part of healing - forgiving others who caused harm, asking forgiveness from God, and sometimes forgiving oneself. Forgiveness is viewed as releasing bitterness and opening the way for healing.
Psalm 147:3
"He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds."
Isaiah 61:1
Speaks of the Messiah healing the broken hearted and freeing captives.
Luke 4:18
Jesus declaring freedom, healing and setting the oppressed free.
Who Needs Inner Healing & Why
Who needs inner healing?
Most people need some form of inner healing because everyone has been hurt in life. Their spirits and their souls have been hurt as they grow up, experiencing some form of emptiness and pain that gets locked into our subconscious minds.
This hinders our earthly relationships and our relationship with God. A person may know Christian theology, but deep down their hearts may carry unhealed wounds. Inner healing seeks to address these spiritual burdens and restore wholeness.
How do we know we may need inner healing?
Indications include feeling a sense of spiritual emptiness or ongoing pain from past wounds. Whether dealing with trauma, spiritual oppression, or recurring negative patterns, inner healing addresses these areas through prayer, biblical truth, and the restoring love of Jesus Christ.
